Welcome to Apptavira. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of AI-device application and integration services, digital products, and physical products provided by Apptavira through apptavira.pro.

1. General

By accessing or using any Apptavira service or product, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services

Apptavira delivers tailored AI-device application and integration services, including consultation, development, deployment, and ongoing support. Service specifics are defined in individual statements of work.

• Ongoing Maintenance and Support
• Consulting and Training

3. Digital Products

Apptavira offers digital content such as software modules, documentation, and online training materials. Access and usage rights are governed by license agreements accompanying each product.

4. Physical Products

Physical devices and hardware components may be offered by Apptavira. Delivery terms and ownership transfer occur upon shipment, subject to the delivery policy outlined during purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Apptavira strives to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. The following terms apply to reimbursements and service transfers:

• Services: A full reimbursement is available if cancellation is requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the agreed start date. Customized integration services are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.
• Digital Products: Digital products may be reimbursed within 7 days of delivery if no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted or content is downloaded, digital products are non-refundable.
• Physical Products: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement will be processed.

Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days of approval via the original payment method. Alternatively, customers may request credit toward future Apptavira services or products within 60 days of original purchase. Credit requests must be submitted in writing.

7. Governing Law
